Job Interview CDE
The West
Virginia FFA Job Interview Career Development Event is designed for FFA members
to develop, practice and demonstrate skills needed in seeking employment in the
agricultural industry. Each part of the event simulates “real world” activities
that will be used by real world employers.
The event will be conducted in two
phases. Phase I will consist of the judging of a
cover letter, job application and resume to identify the seven finalists
to compete at the state convention. Phase II will consist of the seven
finalists participating in a
live job interview
during the state convention.
